Dan was perfect. A great realtor. His knowledge of the area, the people, and the history of given properties was astounding. He worked tirelessly with the two of us (sometimes each of us bringing different perspectives and priorities) through many different viewings and requests for more information. We were looking for a new home, a place with a view and a few private acres. Finding a likely listing, we clicked on “more information” and indicated our interest. It should have come as no surprise that we received a phone call within seconds and toured the property the next day.
We met Jeffrey Sheehan. Such a quick response is his standard, as we came to know. Jeff was always prompt with a reply and made it a point to be in communication with us.
Navigating the real-estate market in the post-COVID world was frustrating, to say the least. Jeff’s knowledge made everything as easy as possible for us.
