Vermont has been home to Dan McKenna for over 40 years. As one of the original Stratton landowners, Dan and his family have been a part of growing the Stratton Mountain community from its humble beginnings in the 1960’s into the impressive rapport that it is today.  Living and playing in the Stratton area in his youth, Dan trained as a ski racer at The Stratton Mountain School and went on to attend The University of Vermont, graduating with a BA in Political Science. 

Having lived in several locations in Vermont, Dan knows the state intimately.  Experience with extensive cycling, skiing, hiking and golf has allowed Dan to discover the uniqueness of our state and the lifestyle which he is looking forward to sharing with his clients.

In his previous 30-year career in sales management in the outdoor sports industry, Dan traveled extensively nationally and internationally.  He worked with a number of brands, including Tecnica, Volkl, Elan, Dolomite, Vittoria and Selle Italia.  His sales training has made the leap to Real Estate sales a natural transition as it has also allowed him to be in the place he calls home, where he and his wife love living the Vermont life!
