There was a 19% increase in sales price on condominiums in Windham, Bennington and Windsor counties from the previous years third quarter, while sales of single family homes were up 15%. Price of land stayed almost the same.

The highest selling home in Vermont for the 3rd quarter is located in Woodstock on 82.5 acres, over 9600 square feet and sold for $6,400,000.
The cheapest house sold in Rutland Vermont for $28,000 for a four bedroom, 2020 square feet and .47 acres.
The highest selling land was in Charlotte at $1,000,000 for 84 acres.
The cheapest parcel sold in Dover at $11,000 for 1.33 acres.
